Ллойд Бриджес -
Биография:Ллойд Вернон Бриджес-младший (Lloyd Vernet Bridges Jr.) родился в Сан Леандро.
Он изучал политологию в калифорнийском университете, но после перебрался на Бродвей, где дебютировал в модернизированной постановке шекспировского "Отелло".
Кинокарьеру Бриджес начал в фильмах-вестернах в 1941 году.
Самым известным из его фильмов того времени можно назвать "High Noon", где Бриджес сыграл помощника шерифа, который отказал в помощи доблестному главному герою.
С вестернов он как-то незаметно переключился на боевики и фантастику, а в последнее время был склонен к комедийным ролям.
Его брак с Дороти Симпсон длился более 50 лет. Кроме двух сыновей, у Бриджеса есть еще дочь Синди и несколько внуков. Ллойд всегда утверждал, что только семья помогла ему сделать одну из самых длинных и самых насыщенных карьер в Голливуде.
10 марта 1998 года Ллойд Бриджес скончался в своем доме в Лос Анжелесе от естественных причин. В момент смерти с ним были старший сын Бо, дочь Синди и жена Дороти.
